the battle system allows you to counter attack enemies when they either get close to you, or their attacks get close to you! some enemies also have unique gimmicks or abilities that allow a more complex and fun experience!

what do you use to run this? I tried using VBA but it didn't work :(
any Gameboy emulator will work, not gba though if your using an iPad go with SameBoy, if android use my old boy, if mac use the virtual boy advance emulator, but I’m not sure about window or Linux hopefully this helped 👍🏾

I got through the first arc, I like the style! I kind of wish the maps had landmarks/there was a minimap/the maps were smaller, I frequently felt like I was in a maze! Also, I wish the bosses went away for a little after I knock them down—they were kinda chasing me for the whole thing, it lagged my game and sometimes I couldn’t move forward. Other than that, the scope of this project is not what I was expecting—so many areas, a combat system, and can be played on an emulator? That’s sick! I’m sure there’s a lot I haven’t played, if there’s an update I would love to check this out again.
thanks yeah I know about the enemies following I think in a future patch I’ll make them slower and easier to get around but thanks for the support I really appreciate it 👍🏾
